About Me

This website belongs to me, Sandra J. Hollenberg, Malcolm's Grandma Sandy.
I am a Grandmother, not a health care professional. When Malcolm was diagnosed in 1996 I became a fundraiser and an advocate for diabetes research and education. Then I started preparing materials for Malcolm.
Since this website opened in 2001 my work has been copied, translated and used both by families and organizations throughout the world. I hope you too will find my material helpful.
If you can help with translations please don't hesitate to contact me.

Hi, I'm Malcolm. I was diagnosed with type 1 in 1996 when I was 2 1/2. I helped my Grandma Sandy write her books and my brother Paul helped with the games.

Now we want to share them with everyone.

But folks will need Acrobat Reader - if they don't have it they just need to click here, it's free!

Isn't the Internet wonderful? We opened this website in 2001 and thousands of people have accessed our games and books from countries all over the world.
When we opened I hoped that our material would be translated into other languages. The response has been gratifying.

New material will be posted from time to time so folks should come back every so often.

And please, I invite all visitors to sign our guestbook!
